Today, people are favouring screens than genuine communication with one another which is crucial during global crises. This issue is particularly relevant in higher education, where Generation Z is currently being educated, and the focus is on capturing their attention, trust, and engagement. This analysis takes a multifaceted approach to understanding the human factors involved in seeking and utilizing information, especially in an environment that is increasingly dominated by artificial intelligence. It examines information behavior in higher education and the impact of artificial intelligence on information search and knowledge processing.
