Abstract

In a period of less than a decade, technological leaps provide more and more methods of communication, and in addition to a quantitative increase, qualities such as the speed of messages, the volume of information, means and mechanisms, and others, also follow rapid development. And yet, users are losing the basic hygiene of communication. Behaviors that ensure safe, respectful and effective interactions in the digital environment are somehow becoming rare, especially between users who have different opinions. The article offered to your attention looks at the problems of communication in society and more precisely in digital communication, as the main focus will be on modern trends in the behavior of the public when consuming online platforms.
