This report considers the concepts of values and values orientations as widely discussed and marks their manifestation in the educational system. The direct manifestation of value orientations in the pedagogical process, and in particular in the implementation of pedagogical interaction, determines the need to understand the existence of many models of value orientations, the carriers of which are the subjects in pedagogical communication. The consideration and study of the models in the interethnic educational environment could not be done without the analysis of the behavioral stereotypes of the different communities and groups, as they contain the norms of the relations in the composition of the specific ethnic community.
