Ethnology of Sport, Methods, Sources, FieldworkAbstract
This article presents the main approaches to the topic of sports in the social sciences and in particular, what is the place of ethnology in it. A characteristic feature of this direction is that it is approached interdisciplinary. Studies of sports cultures are contributing when they are developed in the social cultural and political context, and this is where ethnology plays an important role. In this text, I present the various sources, fieldwork and research methods, traced through the prism of several problem circles, through which the various issues focused on sports can be interpreted.
