Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Privacy Statement

Any names, personal identifiers or email addresses provided to the Research Announcements “Heritage BG” will be used solely for the purposes specified by the serial. They will not be made available to third parties or used for any other purposes.

Collected personal data through the serial’s publication management system will be used only to contact authors, reviewers, and editors to inform them of the submission, review, editing, and publication process of manuscripts, and to track these processes.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) the serial Research Announcements “Heritage BG” guarantees the security, integrity and confidentiality of the collected personal data.
