Editorial ethics
The high quality of the research publications and the establishment of trust in research, the contribution and activities of the “Heritage BG” Centre of Excellence are guaranteed by compliance with generally accepted publication ethics standards. The serial Research Announcements “Heritage BG” is guided by the international standards, established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE): Code of Conduct for Journal Editors and Best Practice Guidelines https://publicationethics.org/media/609/download?attachment.
The publishing process is organized by the editors in accordance with the following principles:
Ø Respect of the rights of all participants in the process – authors, reviewers, etc.
Ø Preservation of the confidentiality of personal data and manuscripts submitted for publication
Ø Ensuring reliable communication between all participants in the process, preserving their personal dignity and ensuring respectful treatment for everyone
Ø The content of the manuscripts is evaluated independently of the race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, origin, citizenship or political affiliations of the authors
Ø Ensuring objective evaluation and adherence to high academic standards in the review process
Ø Adherence to and monitoring the consistent implementation of all stages of the editorial, review, and publishing processes.
