Пандемията през призмата на медиите – Ковид гласове в БНТ

След пандемията от Ковид-19 изследователите в областта на социалните науки регистрират редица устойчиви трансформации по отношение на човешкото поведение. Предвид значението на медиите като посредник на здравна и в някои случаи животоспасяваща информация към обществото, текущото изследване си поставя за цел да проучи профила на участниците в ефира на централната емисия новини на Българската национална телевизия. Резултатите показват силна политизация на медийното съдържание по повод Ковид пандемията. Явление, което се наблюдава и в други държави. Обикновено в медиите областта на здравеопазването е запазена в най-голяма част за експертни становища от медицинските среди, но по време на пандемията се наблюдава засилващо се присъствие на политици и представители на политически партии. Политизирането на здравната информация в медийния ефир крие риск от поляризация на мнения, разделяне на обществото в момент на криза и популяризиране на популистки коментари, застрашавайки успеха на здравните кампании.
