Резюме

Рекламната кампания на един продукт е почти толкова важна, колкото самият продукт. За да се събере внимание и да се надгради вълнение, една компания трябва последователно да рекламира, показва и разпространява новината за предстоящия си проект. Това правило важи за всякакъв вид индустрия, включително и индустрията за видео игри. Възможно ли е обаче един продукт да е комерсиално успешен, без никакво усилие от страна на компанията да го направи такъв? Това цели да докаже проучването, което изследва случая с рекламната кампания на видео играта Elden Ring и съответното бездействие от маркетинг департамента на компанията производител. Изследването стига до извода, че първоначалното вълнение, породено у феновете, може да се окаже предостатъчно, за да набира внимание и то без особено усилие от страна на компанията. Мълчанието от страната на разработчиците също може да се окаже тактическо.
