Абстракт

Есето представя две идеи. Първо, философско-естетическата категория дистопично-утопично е основата на литературно-философския жанр дистопия-утопия при класическите социално-политически образци. И второ, очертават се някои особености на жанровете дистопия-утопия и дистопия. Първата идея се извежда от европейската критическа философия. Втората идея се основава на Платон, най-вече на Държавата, творба, която служи като изходна точка за анализ на жанровете дистопия-утопия и дистопия. Теоретичните идеи се илюстрират с класически и по-нови творби, някои от които не са били разглеждани като утопия-дистопия. Особено внимание се отделя на романите Възкресение на Толстой и Bend Sinister на Набоков.
