The general theory of legal entities

Abstract

The law of information society operates in material and virtual environments. Legal entities must also exist and operate in both physical and virtual environments. New legal and ideal models with new qualities characterise entities specifically designed for their virtual life. Therefore, the general term “legal entity” should be revisited and broadened.
