The author points out and analyses the particularities of the statutory and the minimum required contractual content of a labour contract of in-service training in comparison with the usual content of a labour contract. The author identifies those elements the agreement on which is an absolutely necessary prerequisite for an effective labour contract under Art. 230, para. 1 of the Labour Code (LC) to exist. The specifics of the content of the said labour contract are separately given for those cases in which the conclusion of the contract is conditioned by carrying out a dual training.
