On some matters of content and eventual intent

Abstract

The study concerns the issues related to the intellectual point of eventual intent and comprises an interpretation of the terms „indefinite“ and „alternative eventual intent“ used in judicial practice. The specifics of eventual intent is examined as a boundary between intentional and reckless homicides, and between an attempted murder and wilful causing a bodily injury.
