On the bill amending and supplementing art. 63 of criminal code

Abstract

The proposal for strengthening the repression regarding underage offenders, which was laid down in the Bill amending and supplementing the Criminal Code, the said Bill being introduced on 31 Jan. 2020, gives rise to a number of questions and contradictions. This work is aimed at examining the changes set out in the Bill and giving arguments concerning the possibilities of their being incorporated in the criminal law doctrine.
