In this study an analysis is made of the draft dated 17 August 2020 of a new Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria, the proposals for a reform of the Supreme Judicial Council, the authority of the Constitutional Court to consider individual complaints and the abolition of the Grand National Assembly.
