On the factual elements of the acceptance of inheritance by the benefit of inventory

Abstract

The article discusses two questions about the acceptance of inheritance by the benefit of inventory: the question whether the inventory is one of the factual elements of acceptance by inventory; as well as the question whether it is necessary to make firstly an inventory, or it is incumbent that firstly an inscription of successor’s declaration of the acceptance of the inheritance is made.
