Comparison of claims for a co-owner’s protection against violation or seizure of possession of a jointly owned chattel by another co-owner

Abstract

The article aims at examining different modes of ownership right protection in a litigation involving co-owners. After conducting an analysis, an answer is given to the question of which the most efficient way of protection is in those cases where the possession of the jointly owned chattel is violated or seized by another co-owner.
