Abstract

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria admitted for review in substance a request by a three-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court to establish the unconstitutionality of Art. 55a, para. 2 of the Health Insurance Act (promulgated SG No. 70 of 1998, last amended SG No. 84 of October 6, 2023). The present study represents an analysis of the constitutionality of Art. 55a, para. 2 Health Insurance Act.
