Social security mediation contracts in additional social insurance

Abstract

The subject matter of the scientific research consists in certain issues regarding the current legal regulation of social security mediation contracts within the framework of additional social insurance. Consideration is given to the legal specifics and the social and legal purpose of: the contract of trust services; the contract with an investment intermediary; the contract of investment consultations on financial instruments; the contract with a social insurance broker; the contract between a pension insurance company and the National Revenue Agency in connection with the collection of social insurance contributions to the additional mandatory pension insurance.
