Evolution of the concept of "inclusive education" in international documents

Inclusion in the modern world is a concept whose content is deployed at different levels - as a phenomenon, as a priority, as a value, as a goal, etc. It is defined in documents of various international institutions and organizations such as UNICEF, UNESCO, the Council of Europe, the United Nations and the European Union, etc. The purpose of this article is to present the main points in the definitions of inclusive education in the normative documents of international institutions and organizations.
