Абстракт

The Digital Services Act (DSA) brings forth significant new regulations concerning content moderation by intermediary service providers. Specifically, social media platforms and search engines are under scrutiny due to their critical role in disseminating information in modern society. Moreover, the new EU legislation must align with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which establishes guidelines to safeguard individuals’ privacy rights. The article seeks to examine the overlaps between these two regulations and to underscore the main the main points of intersection in their synchronized application.
