Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Privacy Statement

The names, personal identifiers, and email addresses provided to the Jubilaeus will be used solely for the stated purposes of the journal and will not be made available to third parties or used for any other purposes.

The personal data collected through the journal’s publishing management platform will be used exclusively for communication with authors, reviewers, editors, and members of the editorial board, as well as for informing and monitoring the processes of submission, peer review, editing, and publication of scholarly articles.

The Jubilaeus guarantees the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the collected personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
