This review is based on Elena Krejčová and Nadezhda Stalyanova’s book on Slavic phraseology, which brings together 13 scientific articles that the two authors published from 2014 to 2025. The included studies are organically connected not only because of their common focus on the semantic load, use and reception of phraseological units, but also because of the detailed clarification of the current dynamic processes of phraseology in contemporary Slavic languages.
