The present article dwells on the legal consequences of the recurrence of the administrative offences. The first part of this paper focuses on the administrative penalty of the recurrence of the administrative offence. In its second part, the author defines the other legal consequences of the recurrence. The author poses essential questions and motivates a proposal for legislative change.
