Whether the fundamental rights and obligations ot citizens are principles of law

Abstract

The article deals with one of the debatable scientific theses concerning the legal nature of the principles of law, namely, whether the fundamental rights and obligations of citizens are principles of law. Consideration is given to three basic concepts that are related to this scientific thesis.
